This is the 2 piece aluminum bracket in our modular tire carrier and accessory bumper (S2-1053F) kit. Yes it’s aluminum so no rust and repainting in 1-3 years. Its designed to mount to our adjustable spare wheel mount (CO-1016-KIT, CO-1012-KIT) or our aluminum 20L jerry can mount (OP-3001-KIT), with no drilling.  This kit is adjustable in/out and up/down for different tire and wheel applications.  

This license plate relocation kit can also be used universally in any project you may have.
