Factory rear frame crossmembers have a tough job and not much help doing it — limited attachment points, thin factory welds, and body mount locations with zero support. Even under light loads, it's common for them to crack loose, bend, or rust through over time. If yours is looking rough, you're not the first.

Our HD rear frame crossmember fixes these issues by one of two methods: install it right over your factory crossmember for reinforcement, or use it as a full replacement if yours is already toast. Either way, you get a crossmember that's actually built for what a Scout goes through.
