Orders are fulfilled in order of receipt and we try to ship all in stock items within 24 hours upon purchase. We show all items in stock, but if an item goes out of stock by the time we pick up your order, please allow an estimated leadtime of 7 to 10 business days. all estimated delivery dates are based on best-case scenarios and do not necessarily reflect delays due to order volumes or external events.

Courier and level of service options are given to you during checkout. Tracking information will be sent to you via email and or your SHOP app, when your order is picked up by your preferred courier.

Items are eligible for refund within 30 days from the ship date for a full refund. Items must be put back in their original packaging and customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns including duty and brokerage. No partial refunds will be provided unless sufficient proof is given, that the parts are not fitting as designed. Items are nonrefundable after 30 days from the ship date. The customer is responsible for local taxes and duties as they apply to your location. These will be applied by your local courier/carrier during transportation or at delivery.
