Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your ship date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@customscouts.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 160 Hodsman, Regina Saskatchewan S4N 5X4, Canada.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns including duty and brokerage. 

No partial refunds will be provided.

A 30% return/restock fee on your order will apply whether your order has been shipped or not, this covers bank, processing and other costs on our side.   


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
All dealer/wholesale orders, special order or preordered items are a final sale.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, welded products, gift cards or custom order items that also include designing products that are new and may or may not be available on our website in the future. If you have any questions about an item you would like to order please reach out to us prior to purchase.  We will do everything we can to answer your questions to your satisfaction. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to purchase your new items before the exchanged ones are received, When the exchanged items are received we will refund your method of payment. Alternatively you can return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.  Minor scratches or imperfections to your products will not be warranted for an exchange, as minor imperfections are a result of many factors outside of our control such as, handling during laser cutting or shipping, however our companies code of conduct in providing our best customer support will help address these issues.    


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@customscouts.com.

This entire policy above will be the standard and overrides any default policies here in.  All things fair, we have to adhere to these policies otherwise it is not conducive to operating our business.
