Custom Scouts is the only place to get these killer half kick panels.  We have deigned our kick panels from the ground up with the following key features:

-OE thickness of 18 gauge metal (not the thinner 20 gauge that others are made from)

-A proper factory offset rolled edge for your door seal area and panel alignment

-Properly placed and bent flanges for accurate fitment in your Scout

-The correct arch cut for the door seal area, ensuring a factory OE look and door closing clearance. 

- Added spot weld holes for your convenience, saving you time.

All 5 of these key features add up to a part that actually fits.  In addition, our manufacturing process (laser cutting, CNC forming, then hand forming door seal area) provide a repeatable quality part, leading to your Scout’s interior panels lining up correctly without excessive reforming with a hammer and dolly, before welding.

Available in mild steel and "zero rust" 304 stainless steel, our half kick panels are strong and rust resistant, ensuring any moisture holding items, such as door seals and carpets, won’t affect the quality and durability of this part in the future.
