For the DIYers in mind, our bumpers are a “weld it yourself” project and are designed with strength, ease of assembly, functionality and style. Made from 3/16" heavy duty steel or 1/4" marine-grade* aluminum, our bumpers are made to withstand the roughest of conditions. Engineered to be the best bumper you have ever had.  No extra charges for winch plates, body lift or D-rings here!

Note: This Bumper is a bolt on application, but some adjustment on installation with washers may be needed for your application, as not all Scouts were perfect from the factory. #scoutlife. 

*Marine grade aluminum is more corrosion resistant than other common aluminum alloys like 6061 or 7075. Marine grade is the most corrosion resistant, consumer available aluminum.

Heavy duty 3/16” steel or optional marine-grade rust resistant ¼” aluminum

Fully machined 1” D-Ring shackle hooks, compatible with most standard 3/4” shackles

Interior stiffening braces that support the D-Ring shackle hooks and allow electrical to pass through

Mounting bracket designed to cover all blemishes on your factory front bumper mounting crossmember, for a superior clean look

Engineered to adjust upward for a 1” body lift at no extra cost

Designed for more airflow through the radiator

A little extra space under the winch plate to allow for installing most brands of flush mount off road lights

Extra tolerance in the front mounting bracket so that moisture doesn't rust your crossmember

Optional Front Winch Bar —Because not everyone wants the full off road look
